What do painters, musicians, writers, sculptors and cooks have in common? A deep creativity, which is expressed in their works.
For our kitchen team and Danny Schwabe it is the play with aromas, textures, various spices and products, which then offer an artwork on the plate. The guests of the Master find selected culinary masterpieces on their plates, which often surprises, but are always a pleasure.

The host
… with a global outlook and a keen sense for wine.
Philipp Hansen discovered his passion for gastronomy and hospitality at an early age. His professional journey took him from Switzerland, including Davos, to Australia, where he gained valuable experience in high-class restaurants and renowned vineyards.
Back in Switzerland, he deepened his expertise at the Michelin-starred restaurant Apollo in Davos and, at the same time, completed WSET Level 2 Sommelier training in Zurich. The combination of his international background, fine dining experience, and in-depth wine expertise shapes his hosting style today.
With attentiveness, professionalism, and genuine passion, Philipp creates moments that guests will remember.
